Mark your calendars for Sunday 15th June for a free Anapana Meditation Session for kids aged 10-16!
Conducted by the Vipassana Meditation Center UAE, this session will guide children through the art of calming the mind through the awareness of natural breath. It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids to learn valuable mindfulness techniques in a serene and supportive environment.
