Meet The Hosts:
Helen Farmer @_helenfarmer_: Mum of two, radio presenter, and writer, Helen is passionate about family travel, mid-size style, and honest motherhood. She’s also the author of My Family’s Secret Superpowers, a heartwarming book that helps kids navigate emotions.
Amanda Chamberlain @amandayogaflow: A yoga teacher with 15+ years of experience, Amanda specializes in vinyasa, children’s yoga, and mindfulness. Her sessions create a safe, empowering space where kids leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
